WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You don’t need to have worked at a festival before.
We’re looking for people who are reliable, respectful, communicative and comfortable working as part of a team.
An interest in music, culture, nightlife or creative production is a plus.
English is welcome. Dutch & Arabic are plus, depending on the role.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Volunteering at HANJALA means being part of the festival team and committing to an agreed shift.
You’ll receive your role, schedule, practical information and briefing before the festival. Some roles may involve standing for longer periods, moving equipment or working during busy periods.
We’ll provide role-specific instructions and make sure you know what is expected before your shift.
For safety reasons, volunteers should only carry out tasks they have been briefed and instructed to do.
