Stichting RAqS (hereinafter: RAqS) processes personal data about/of you because you use this websites managed by Stichting RAqS and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. We attach great importance to your privacy, and explain to you as clearly as possible below how we collect, use and protect your data.

Our goal

We want to offer an accessible website, which meets the needs and expectations of the visitor, you. 

The personal data we process on our server is: data about your activities on our website, IP address, internet browser and device type. We analyse this data to secure and improve our website. We never provide personal data to third parties.

 

Our website contains links to other websites. RAqS has no influence on these sites and is not responsible for their content or policies.

Automatically collected data

RAqS uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit our website. The cookies with a purely technical functionality ensure that the website works properly and your preference settings can be remembered.

This website uses Google Analytics. This records your site usage and stores data about it. We use this data to create visit statistics about our website and to make improvements. Google provides this data to third parties if required by law, or if these third parties process the data on behalf of Google and RAqS. Personal data

Privacy concerns personal data that can be traced to whom it belongs. Some are provided consciously by you as a visitor, and others are collected by the website in the background.


Did you buy a ticket for one of our programs? 

Tickets for our events are sold through third-party vendors, including the venue or authorised ticketing providers.

By purchasing a ticket to our events, you consent to sharing your name and email address with RAqS. This allows us to provide you with important event-related updates, such as transportation details, program changes, and other relevant information. We will not send you unrelated messages.

If you wish to receive notifications about future events, such as the return of an artist you attended, you may opt in through one of our channels, including our website or service email.

 

When you sign up for our newsletters:

your name and e-mail address will be requested. This registration is done only through RAqS’s website.

When registering you will find all the information about how we will email you. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of each email received for future emails if desired.

Social media

Will you contact us via Social Media such as Facebook or Instagram? 

Then we communicate with you through our official channels [Facebook, Instagram, YouTube]. Your social media data (account name, content of (private) messages, conversation history) are stored on RAqS’s channels and can only be viewed by RAqS.

Visit to RAqS

When visiting RAqS, camera recordings are taken in connection with archiving and safety reasons, and it may happen that you are captured on photos that are posted on our and/or the artist’s social media channels after the end of the program.

Security

RAqS takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised alteration. We have processing agreements with all data processors in which the security of personal data is central. In the event of a security breach, we report it to the designated authorities, as required by law. In addition, we contact those concerned within the legally established deadlines.

 

Storage period
We use a retention period of one year for customer data. We delete your personal data if you have not had contact with us during this period, calculated from the last ticket purchase, received newsletter or activity in your account. This way, if you have indicated that you want to do so, we can reach you when an artist returns and analyse the data (anonymised). Data collected via Google Analytics cookies is stored by Google for 26 months, Facebook Pixel data is deleted after 180 days.

Leave no data

If you want to purchase tickets without entering personal details or creating an account, you can do so by purchasing your ticket at the venue’s official point of sale, or on the evening of the concert at the box office if the concert is not sold out. Please note that in such a case we cannot inform you about changes or cancellations of the program.

What are your rights?
