ABOUT THE EVENT

RAqS invites ASIFEH, ODA, and OTAT to push boundaries of rap, trap, and experimental music through grounded rhythms and bold lyricism.

ABOUT THE ARTISTS

ASIFEH (aka Stormtrap) is a Vienna- and Ramallah-based producer and rapper blending rap, samples, and experimental sounds using both modern and abandoned technologies. A founding member of the pioneering Ramallah Underground (2003–2009), he helped shape Palestine’s underground music scene. Asifeh co-founded the AIWA Collective (Berlin) and NOISE&BEATS (Vienna), curating events and workshops.
His discography includes four solo albums | Iradeh, Datura, Makhazen Bukra, and Tasalul| plus experimental projects Hideout and 2003. Asifeh has performed globally and collaborates widely, with releases on SoundCloud featuring artists like Akhenaton, Grup Ses Beats, and more.

ODA is a Tunisian artist with diverse influences, navigating between rap, RnB, and pop, with occasional ventures into jazz and rock.
Inspired by artists like Lauryn Hill, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar, she crafts introspective lyrics that are both raw and sensitive, where the Tunisian dialect becomes a space for free, almost conceptual expression. ODA is building a personal, hybrid, and contemporary language. She is currently performing to promote the release of her debut album, in collaboration with producers Dawan, JOHN SIX, and Kiev, aiming to create a direct connection with the audience and bring her music to life on stage.

OTAT is a rapper based in Amsterdam, originally from Salé, Morocco. His music blends rap and trap with introspective lyricism and a sharp, poetic edge. Performing in Moroccan dialect, OTAT uses his lyrics as a vehicle for personal and cultural expression, often weaving themes of identity, resilience, and transformation into his work. In 2024, he was a finalist in the inaugural edition of Jam Show, Morocco’s televised hip-hop competition on 2M TV, where he showcased his lyrical skill and stage presence to a national audience. His releases—including “La3bo Bik,” “Ksiri,” “Don’t Panic,” and “This Is Me”—demonstrate a fluid range, from hard-hitting bars to more melodic, reflective moments.

OTAT continues to carve out his own path with a distinctive sound that bridges underground grit with polished production—grounded in language, lived experience, and creative freedom.
